AMENDING MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE NO. 08 SERIES OF 2018 RATIONALIZING THE PRICES OF FISH AND OTHER SEA PRODUCTS AND PRICES OF PORK, BEEF, AND CHICKEN WITHIN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PALUAN, PROVINCE OF OCCIDENTAL MINDORO

This ordinance amends Municipal Ordinance No. 08 Series of 2018 by rationalizing the prices of fish, other sea products, pork, beef, and chicken sold within the Municipality of Paluan. It sets maximum allowable prices per kilogram for various classes and types of fish and meat, mandates that all such products be sourced locally unless declared scarce by the Municipal Agriculture Office, and imposes market fees based on product cost. Violations are subject to fines or imprisonment, and the Philippine National Police is authorized to enforce the ordinance.
