GRANTING GRATUITIES TO ALL ELECTED BARANGAY OFFICIALS WHO HAVE RENDERED THREE (3) CONSECUTIVE TERMS OF OFFICE IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PALUAN AND PROVIDING FUNDS FOR THE PURPOSE

This ordinance grants gratuities to elected barangay officials in Paluan who have completed three consecutive terms of office. Qualified officials, including Punong Barangay and Barangay Kagawads, will receive a plaque of recognition and cash rewards of ₱20,000 for Punong Barangay and ₱15,000 for Barangay Kagawads. The ordinance outlines requirements for claiming benefits, including certification from the Department of Interior and Local Government, and disqualification for officials found guilty of administrative or criminal offenses. The Human Resource Management Office is tasked with implementation, supported by the Municipal Budget Officer and Mayor’s Office. Funds will be allocated by the Local Government Unit to sustain the program.
