AN ORDINANCE GRANTING FRANCHISE TO MR. MARIO J. RAMOS TO OPERATE AND MAINTAIN A COCKPIT ARENA IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PALUAN, OCCIDENTAL MINDORO

This ordinance grants a five-year franchise (August 19, 2024 – August 18, 2029) to Mr. Mario J. Ramos, a Filipino citizen and resident of Paluan, to operate and maintain a cockpit arena located at Sitio Tikian, Barangay IX-Tubili, Paluan. The franchise is renewable upon approval of the Sangguniang Bayan. It requires the grantee to secure a business permit from the Office of the Mayor and comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, and safety regulations. The franchise is non-transferable and cannot be sold, leased, or merged without prior approval. The grantee must pay all taxes and fees under the municipal revenue code, and non-compliance may result in revocation.
