Key provisions include: - Monthly Allowance: ₱600, subject to review every three years. - Subsistence Allowance: Meals provided for those serving in isolated health stations. - Training & Education: Access to continuing education, scholarships for one child, and specialized training programs. - Civil Service Eligibility: Second-grade eligibility after five years of continuous service. - Legal Services: Free representation and consultation from the Public Attorney’s Office. - Gratuity Pay: Retirement benefits based on years of service (₱500–₱1,500 per year depending on length). - Burial Assistance: ₱10,000 one-time payment to the family of a deceased worker. - Loyalty Award: ₱300 per year for the first five years, plus ₱1,500 for every succeeding five years. Funding is allocated by the Municipal Mayor’s office, with rules and regulations to be issued by the Local Health Board within 60 days of approval.
