CREATING ADDITIONAL POSITIONS IN THE MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF PALUAN, OCCIDENTAL MINDORO

This ordinance enhances the organizational structure of the Municipal Government of Paluan by creating new plantilla positions to meet the demands of devolution under the Local Government Code and Executive Order No. 138. It establishes the following positions: - Municipal Government Department Head I (PESO Manager, SG-24) - Municipal Government Department Head I (General Services Officer, SG-24) - Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Assistant (SG-8) - Draftsman IV (SG-14) The ordinance specifies that qualifications, duties, and responsibilities of these positions shall follow Civil Service Commission standards and relevant laws. Appointments must comply with prescribed qualification standards.
